Pleasantly surprised I stopped in just to get a feel for what a new Rogue would be like. The reception I got was great. No pressure, we had a nice conversation when I shared that I would probably sell my car because I could get a lot more than the trade-in figure I had been given at some other brand dealers. I was pleasantly shocked to find that Moyer Nissan could come *very* close to what I would have settled for in selling it privately. When adding in the tax advantage, case closed. Couldn't be happier. I got 2 nice surprises when I stopped back the next day to complete the paperwork: an extra $500 rebate just went live (they pointed it out) and the financing was below 3%. This allowed me to step up a trim level and add an extended warranty. Eric, Dr, Jordan and Mike treated me well. Go see them. More

Excellence and Warmth I purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago and from Charlotte my salesperson to the finance guy it was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had I purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago and from Charlotte my salesperson to the finance guy it was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Both were very cordial, accommodating and direct about the process. They kept me informed throughout the process and I believed that there was complete integrity. Charlotte worked with me to ensure I got the vehicle I desired and the finance guy made the deal happen. Today I was seen in the automotive repair department for a minor issue and everyone I encountered from the host to the repair person was excellent! In a time where customer service seems to have waned, I was utterly taken in by this team. Many thanks to the entire team. I love my new vehicle and the team and the experience was truly icing on the cake! I'm telling everyone I know about you guys! Kudos and Thank you very much! Best buying experience I ever had. Excellent, Excellent . I live 2 hours away in North East PA. I checked with all my local dealers and they could not come close in price. Any questions I had where answered, I even requested multiple pictures and through the pictures I asked for a few things to be cleaned or checked and it was done. the customer service is topnotch. We showed up and took the truck for a test drive it is exactly what was advertised, 30min and all paper work was done and i was on my way home. this is the least amount of time i spent at a dealership. Loved it. I would gladly drive the distance again. I give a shout out to the Dale (Bull Dog) Stauffer my sales man and Karen my internet contact. Thank you for a Excellent experience. I look forward to seeing you for my next vehicle. More

Over and Above Douglas Herr was amazing !! I walked in interested in looking at the Rogue, he went over ever nook and cranny of the vehicle. It has more than I was a Douglas Herr was amazing !! Outstanding customer service! I reciently purchased a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Moyer Nissan. I traveled several hours out of town to Moyer because I was looking fo I reciently purchased a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Moyer Nissan. I traveled several hours out of town to Moyer because I was looking for a low mileage 5.7 liter Hemi equipped Jeep with the factory towing package to tow my 6,000 pound boat/trailer. My salesman Eric Naumann was very accomadating. Even though it was near closing time when I arrived, Eric was unhurried and customer focused. He took me for a test drive, assured all of my questions were answered, had my trade-in appraised, arranged for me to have a loaner car and had my new Jeep delivered to my home the next day.. One of the ladies at Moyer even lent me her personal iPhone charger so I could call my wife! My new 2015 Grand Cherokee arrived beautifully detailed and has continued to exceeded my expectations in every regard. I want to thank Moyer Nissan and Eric for their unparalleled customer service.
