There was never any pressure to make a decision, he listened to our needs and concerns and was truly respectful. Greg was happy to show us various options so we could come to a decision on our own as to what was best for us, even if that meant going with a less-expensive vehicle (which we didn't, but I was very pleased that he took the time to allow us to choose so we know we made the right decision!). TAKING THE BAIT TOOK NISSAN QUEST VAN IN FOR SERVICING DUE TO NOISE SOUNDING LIKE A "HELICOPTER" EMANATING FROM FRONT END. WAS TOLD REPAIRS WERE MADE WITH SOME BELT TOOK NISSAN QUEST VAN IN FOR SERVICING DUE TO NOISE SOUNDING LIKE A "HELICOPTER" EMANATING FROM FRONT END. WAS TOLD REPAIRS WERE MADE WITH SOME BELT TIGHTENING AND ADJUSTMENTS, AND FROM THERE I PROCEEDED TO ORDER ABOUT $900 WORTH OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR VEHICLE WITH 92,000 MILES ON IT IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION. ON THE WAY HOME, NOTICED NOISE WAS STILL THERE AND TOOK VAN BACK NEXT DAY. WAS TOLD IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION AND IT WOULD COST $4200 FOR A NEW ONE, LESS 15% DISCOUNT THEY WERE OFFERING . I WAS FLABBERGASTED AT THE FACT THAT HAD THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM NOT BEEN MIS-DIAGNOSED, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED SO MUCH IN PREVENTIVE SERVICE KNOWING THAT IT NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. IT SEEMS LIKE WE WERE SUCKERED INTO PROCURING SERVICE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT OUR VEHICLE WAS IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION, WHEN IT FACT IT WAS IN NEED OF A MAJOR TRANSMISSION REPAIR. More
Purchase of vehicle I had a great experience with Eisenhauer! Searched their website last night, found the vehicle that we wanted. I called this morning, Greg Krick, the I had a great experience with Eisenhauer! Searched their website last night, found the vehicle that we wanted. I called this morning, Greg Krick, the sales rep. gave me a history of the vehicle, the original owner was Eisenhauer, it was part of their rental fleet. Greg told me the process would take about 1hr 30mins. When I pulled in at 11:15 there it was right in front, Greg came out to meet me even before I got out of the door. Took some paper work from me, gave me the keys and came back and we took a test ride, everything to my liking. We got back to the dealership and started the paper work. After Kathy, the finance rep went over all the paper work with me, I went out to the car and Greg assisted in getting my phone set up. I then left with our new car a 2016 Nissan Versa at a great No-Haggle price, they actually gave more for our trade in than I was expecting according to kelly blue book. I left at 12:45 exactly how long Greg said it would take! I will definitely be thinking of purchasing my next vehicle there and will be using their service center as I had such a good experience with Greg and Kathy that I believe the service center will be a great experience as well. More
