Great service and not pushy I took my mom shopping for a car and ended up buying one myself. I fell in love with the car as soon as i saw it. A day after I brought the car home i got a message that the battery in my key fab needed to be replaced. I wasn't sure which key fab was bad since they were both in my purse. I took them in and alan made sure they replaced both at no charge, which was unexpected. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Helpful & Honest Rohan was quick to help us and quite honest in helping us. I hold no moral higher than honesty and that is what he delivered. He was extremely personal with us too...we joked and we laughed. He was also very knowledgeable and informative about the different styles and features of the various Rogues. He steered us away from the ones he knew we couldn't afford and asked us the correct questions to help us decide which features were important to us, so that he could help us get the perfect fit. It was a very easy experience...almost as if the 4 of us were shopping and working together to figure out which car WE ALL should get. He was quick to get us through this process as quickly as possible (for our sake), but also the patience of a Saint with all our questions or indecisions. I appreciate his knowledge, his extreme friendliness, his honesty, his patience and his personability...and my husband and son appreciate his offer of fried chicken! It was a very casual, no pressure experience with Rohan, and for that we are very grateful. Thank you, Rohan, for all your help and for being you. Have a blast on your cruise!!! Kathy was also great...quick to get us through the signing process and on our way out the door. Great Day. The only reason that I gave "quality of work a 4" is because only one key was found (despite Rohan's thorough search for the second key) and we will have to return there to get a second key and it's about an hour and half drive for us. The key thing is a real bummer...still hoping it is found on Monday, fingers crossed. More
