There's a reason this dealership has been, and will continue to be, so successful. The people who work here truly love their jobs, and it's apparent to every customer that walk into the newly-construct continue to be, so successful. The people who work here truly love their jobs, and it's apparent to every customer that walk into the newly-constructed sales/service building. During the entire time I took to search for the right car and eventually purchase the car I wanted, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and he cared. Terry Dinger is one-of-a-kind. If you're looking for quality sales (and service), go to Eisenhauer Nissan and ask for Terry! More
The sales staff was extremely helpful and we feel we were given a very good deal on the Roque we purchased. I have only had it for 5 days and I am extremely pleased with the vehicle. After a deal falling through at Concordville Nissan, we decided to go with the better car that was advertised online at Eisenhauer. The 2008 350Z that we bought was priced correctly as I had checked with K decided to go with the better car that was advertised online at Eisenhauer. The 2008 350Z that we bought was priced correctly as I had checked with Kelley Blue Book. I can't stand the process of buying a car, and the fact that I was driving up to get this car from South Carolina made it even more stressful. Greg Krick was great over the phone the whole time. He told me exactly what he needed and followed through immediately with my bank and insurance company. He made a stressful 9 hour drive not so bad and when I finally saw the car in person I was thrilled. Dee Dee in finance was great too. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership and will definitely tell my friends in Pennsylvania! Andrea Whitehouse Columbia, SC More
I test drove two Nissan Titans. Both were nice and at first Keith seemed nice to. I left after the test drive stating I was going to test drive a Tundra next. I emailed him back with an offer on the SL a first Keith seemed nice to. I left after the test drive stating I was going to test drive a Tundra next. I emailed him back with an offer on the SL and this was the email response I got back: Sorry, we cannot ccept your offer on the SL. I did explain our pricing policy to you. If we could sell for that we would price it at that price. Keith Baker Internet Sales Manager / Sales Consultant He never explained their pricing policy. I thought when you go car shopping negotiation is part of the process. I would not recommend Eisenhauer to anyone looking for a used car. I have no input on the new car sales, maybe they have better customer service. I had another bad experience at Woodbury Nissan to. I sent an email to Corporate stating that I intended to buy a Nissan truck this year and mini van next year. Maybe Toyota would like my business instead. Thanks for looking. Good luck More
I had visited four dealerships near me in Philly. I wasn't looking for the salesman to make no money but I wasn't accepting their first offer either. Their approach seems to be to sell few cars and mak wasn't looking for the salesman to make no money but I wasn't accepting their first offer either. Their approach seems to be to sell few cars and make big margins on each one. I called Keith and told him what I was looking for and that I didn't want to drive an hour and a half from Philly to get toyed with. Keith and I made a great deal over the phone and when I drove there it was exactly what he said it would be. Very rarely do you deal with people that keep their word. We filled out paperwork and he showed me all about the car. While I was cleaning out my trade in, he kept my girlfriend entertained with some great fishing stories and other stories. He was really sincere. I didn't get home until 12 midnight and I was totally satisfied. Lastly, I usually ask the dealer to take off their logo because I'm not getting paid to advertise but in this case I told them to leave it on. People within a 20 mile radius of Philly should know that going out to Wernersville is worth their time. More
My first new car buying experience was awesome!! From the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out it is a completely stress free, polite, and no pressure place. They acted very professional the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out it is a completely stress free, polite, and no pressure place. They acted very professional the entire time and knew when it was time to leave the room so my wife and I could discuss what we were going to do in private. They showed us every model we were interested in and explained all of our options before we got down to talking about price. They beat every dealer in the area by at least 3k dollars and I received a 9300 dollar total discount. The only thing I can say that I would have liked to have seen done would have been to get a little more for my trade in (thats anywhere these days though). However, I dealt with Nathan Weaber and I couldn't say enough about him he makes it his mission to make sure your comfortable and that the deal goes through smoothly, he even got me 2% lower interest through their financing rather than going through my bank.
