I have been shopping for a new car for over a year. I finally decided on the 2013 Nissan Altama. I have gone into the Eisenhauer dealership several times because it was always a pleasent experience. I wa finally decided on the 2013 Nissan Altama. I have gone into the Eisenhauer dealership several times because it was always a pleasent experience. I was never pressured by salespeople. They were always pleasent and informative in answering my questions and concerns. Again, I went there many times in making my decision. I do not like beening pressured by pushy salespeople. This is NOT a dealership that operates on the "Four Square Sales Model". I will never buy a car from a dealership that uses this model to sell cars. I DO NOT TRUST THEM. I DID trust Eisenhauer! It has the feeling of down to earth family values. One day my wife and I went to the Exton Dealership to look a color combinations that Eisenhauer did not have. I had all intentions to buy my car from Eisenhauer. But as we were leaving the Exton dealer a Salesman came running out. After talking to him for a while and he knew I was going to buy from Eisenhauer, he wanted me to come back so that he can STEAL the sale from them. So on Washington's B'day I went back to Exton. Told the salesman that I will let him steal the sale if I can go home and tell my wife that I bought the car and stole it for the price. I reminded him about this several times. So let's see you put your money where your mouth is. A steal for a steal, sounds fair to me. WELL, He went for top dollar and them some. There was no attempt to give me a steal price. I then sat with the loan officer and the salesman. When I asked about the numbers on their computer screen I realized that they were playing funny money with me so that to make it confussing about what they were doing. Now they are giving me monthly payment numbers and the $1500 of sales tax was not added in yet. Exton did NOT get the sale nor will I ever go back there. This is how a Four Square Sales model operates. You can not let your guard down. I then went right to Eisenhauer. I walked in asked to see Salesman Fred Fisher. They did not have the car I wanted so the Sales Manager Michael Fleisher step in to help. They found a car and presented me 2 numbers, the MSRP and the amount he would take off the MSRP. I asked 2 questions, got the answers I wanted, SOLD in 10 minutes from the initial walk in handshake. It was my best experience ever in buying a new car. I am 59 years old and have bought several new cars in my life time. Eisenhauer is a very relaxing place to shop for a car, no salesperson pressure. You do not have to go there on a Sunday to avoid the salesman. They are very good at helping you decide. A week after I bought the car I went back to have some options installed and I must say that their service dept. is very smooth flowing. You drop your car off in their service pickup garage not in the parking lot someplace in the rain. I then checked in at the service desk. There is a great waiting area to watch tV and have come coffee while you wait. When the car is finished, I check out at the service desk and go back to the service pickup garage and drive away. After I worked with Mike Ostrich the Service Advisor he ordered me a spoiler. I am looking forward to going back to have the spoiler installed and to be able to talk to all of the friendly people that I met at the dealership. I would recommend Eisenhauer in a heart beat to anyone I know looking for a new car. Their new facility has the ability to have every Nissan model in the showroom. Some dealers you have to go out in the cold and rain to look at a new car. More
