I traded my 2015 Altima for a 2021 Altima. I wasn’t sure what I wanted since Altima changed their design and to get exactly what I had would have pushed me into an all-wheel drive which I do not need. I got a great deal from them, a $2500 rebate, a discounted extended warranty, 0.9% financing for 72 months, free all-weather floor mats and a garage door opener. I am very happy with my purchase. WOW...what happened to this dealership?...when it was Eisenhauer Nissan everithing was great...as soon as Moyer took it over everything started to change...My man Terry Dinger from whom I bougt 2 new car Eisenhauer Nissan everithing was great...as soon as Moyer took it over everything started to change...My man Terry Dinger from whom I bougt 2 new cars is gone and so in everybody else that was there in the past 5 years I keep servicing my cars here...from sales to service to the casheer everybody is new...today I took my car in for service and I looked at a new car in the showroom...nobody asked me if I need anything and I was there for at least 45 minutes...all the sales people are very young and inexperienced and all they did was look at me funny...I do not think I need to tell a car dealer how to sell cars but it would be nice if somebody asked the customers if they are interested in a new car...I will not be buying another car at this place... PS: At the last service I asked for the car to be washed too...I come back to pick up the car and is not washed...I asked why and one lady after some awkward looks said they ran out of soap...really? More
I went to Moyer Nissan to look at the new 2021 Rogue, on black Friday. After being traded off between 3 salesman, I got a young guy who looked like he was just out of high school. I asked him what were the sales or discounts on the Rogue for black Friday. He said, he didn't know. Yeah, right. Red flag number one. I didn't push the issue because I didn't like in interior of the Rogue anyway. After all the time I was there, I never seen any rundown of the numbers. What they call the worksheet. Red flag number 2. Here's some advice for all dealerships, when an older man comes in to a dealer, he want's a salesperson close to his on age, not a kid right out of high school. More

When I got to the dealership, I was in and out with my new vehicle in no time. Cassie Grimes assisted with the final details when I arrived at the dealership, and was very efficient. I initially experienced some inconsistency with the price I received from the USAA Car Buying Service/Truecar. Michael Jordan reached out to me, and quickly resolved that issue. He set up the deal, and assured the process was smooth once I arrived at the dealership. More

Fantastic customer service and deal This dealership was amazing to work with. They sold me a used 2014 Chevy Cruze that looks and runs amazing on 12/30/19. I had got into contact with This dealership was amazing to work with. They sold me a used 2014 Chevy Cruze that looks and runs amazing on 12/30/19. I had got into contact with the Manager, Michael Jordan, and was able to tell him what I was looking for in a vehicle, my price range, and time frame for looking to purchase a vehicle. He swiftly responded and directed me to several vehicles that potentially met my needs which I told him. We scheduled a time for me to visit the dealership and he set me up with his excellent Sales Consultant Eric Naumann. They showed me a 2008 Sonata and the car I chose, the 2014 Cruze. They provided me the history of the car, in this instance there had only been one previous owner, and profiled it for me by telling me it was a single owner vehicle, non-smoker, lightly driven, and the maintenance the shop had made to the vehicle since it's arrival. The auto maintenance shop and detailers at this dealership did superb work. Tires and oil were new/fresh, vehicle spotless, and it sounded great on the test drive. During the process Eric provided answers to all my questions about the vehicle, it's history, the work done on it at the dealership, etc. He was incredibly knowledgeable or had the ability to get the information I was requesting by other Consultants at the dealership. Michael would stop by during the whole process to check up on me and ask if I enjoyed the vehicle, if there were any concerns or questions, if I had any other preferences and would like to seek out a different alternative, etc. He truly wanted to place me in the vehicle that best suited my needs and wants for the price I wanted to pay and he most definitely succeeded. Other members of the staff at the dealership such as John Chehovich, or JC as he goes by, were incredibly informative on the financing, paperwork, and payment processes for the dealership. I felt well-informed, respected, and that I received a truly incredible deal for my vehicle. I truly want to thank the team at Moyer Nissan for their incredible work and for the deal they worked out for me. Highly recommend making car purchases through them. More
Pleasantly surprised I stopped in just to get a feel for what a new Rogue would be like. The reception I got was great. No pressure, we had a nice conversation when I shared that I would probably sell my car because I could get a lot more than the trade-in figure I had been given at some other brand dealers. I was pleasantly shocked to find that Moyer Nissan could come *very* close to what I would have settled for in selling it privately. When adding in the tax advantage, case closed. Couldn't be happier. I got 2 nice surprises when I stopped back the next day to complete the paperwork: an extra $500 rebate just went live (they pointed it out) and the financing was below 3%. This allowed me to step up a trim level and add an extended warranty. Eric, Dr, Jordan and Mike treated me well. Go see them. More

Both were very cordial, accommodating and direct about the process. They kept me informed throughout the process and I believed that there was complete integrity. Charlotte worked with me to ensure I got the vehicle I desired and the finance guy made the deal happen. Today I was seen in the automotive repair department for a minor issue and everyone I encountered from the host to the repair person was excellent! In a time where customer service seems to have waned, I was utterly taken in by this team. Many thanks to the entire team. I love my new vehicle and the team and the experience was truly icing on the cake! I'm telling everyone I know about you guys! Kudos and Thank you very much! I have also read some of the other reviews and I know they are very accurate! More
