On 07-21-2022 I had both rear wheel bearings repaired on my 2007 Nissan Titan at Moyer Nissan. I paid Moyer Nissan $916.01 + 6% sales tax for the repairs. On 01-04-2023 I brought my Nissan Titan back to Moy my 2007 Nissan Titan at Moyer Nissan. I paid Moyer Nissan $916.01 + 6% sales tax for the repairs. On 01-04-2023 I brought my Nissan Titan back to Moyer because I thought my front passenger side wheel bearing was bad. Service advisor called me on 01-04-2023 and informed that the rear wheel bearings were bad again and they would replace them since it was still under warranty from the initial repairs done on 07-21-2022. Then service advisor called several hours later and informed that the bearings were not bad but the rear differential was bad and it had metal shavings inside the differential. He also sent two videos of metal specs and shavings that were inside the differential. He gave me a quote for a brand new rear axle for $4,200. I only drove my Nissan Titan 1,975 miles since it was initially repaired and the warranty on the repairs were for 12,000 miles. There was no damage to my rear differential when they initially repaired it on 07-21-2022 and less than 6 months later the gears are almost blown out in my differential. When I found out that the differential was bad I spoke to a mechanic I trust and he said that the reason your differential went bad was because they probably didn’t flush it before replacing the bearings. I went to pick my truck up on 01-05-2023 and asked the mechanic that came out to talk to me if the differential was bad because of faulty repairs on it initially and he said it was possible. I also asked to speak to the service manager and I asked him if they flushed the differential. The service manager said we did not flush the differential. Then I asked are you going repair it under the warranty and the service manager said no. I just brought my Nissan Titan to a reputable shop on 2-28-23 that rebuilds axles. They said that both wheel bearings were blown out the gears wore through the axle casing there was no gear oil in the differential my tire on the one side was hanging off and the breaks were no good. The shop can’t even rebuild the rear because it is irreparable. Now I have to have brand new rear put in because of Moyer’s poor workmanship. If this is how you want to business I hope that everyone that sees this review changes their mind on buying a new or used vehicle from you. More

I traded my 2015 Altima for a 2021 Altima. I wasn’t sure what I wanted since Altima changed their design and to get exactly what I had would have pushed me into an all-wheel drive which I do not need. I go what I wanted since Altima changed their design and to get exactly what I had would have pushed me into an all-wheel drive which I do not need. I got a great deal from them, a $2500 rebate, a discounted extended warranty, 0.9% financing for 72 months, free all-weather floor mats and a garage door opener. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you to Brad the Sales Manager, Barb Stallone in Sales and John Checovich in Finance. More

WOW...what happened to this dealership?...when it was Eisenhauer Nissan everithing was great...as soon as Moyer took it over everything started to change...My man Terry Dinger from whom I bougt 2 new car Eisenhauer Nissan everithing was great...as soon as Moyer took it over everything started to change...My man Terry Dinger from whom I bougt 2 new cars is gone and so in everybody else that was there in the past 5 years I keep servicing my cars here...from sales to service to the casheer everybody is new...today I took my car in for service and I looked at a new car in the showroom...nobody asked me if I need anything and I was there for at least 45 minutes...all the sales people are very young and inexperienced and all they did was look at me funny...I do not think I need to tell a car dealer how to sell cars but it would be nice if somebody asked the customers if they are interested in a new car...I will not be buying another car at this place... PS: At the last service I asked for the car to be washed too...I come back to pick up the car and is not washed...I asked why and one lady after some awkward looks said they ran out of soap...really? I went to Moyer Nissan to look at the new 2021 Rogue, on black Friday. After being traded off between 3 salesman, I got a young guy who looked like he was just out of high school. I asked him what were the black Friday. After being traded off between 3 salesman, I got a young guy who looked like he was just out of high school. I asked him what were the sales or discounts on the Rogue for black Friday. He said, he didn't know. Yeah, right. Red flag number one. I didn't push the issue because I didn't like in interior of the Rogue anyway. After all the time I was there, I never seen any rundown of the numbers. What they call the worksheet. Red flag number 2. Here's some advice for all dealerships, when an older man comes in to a dealer, he want's a salesperson close to his on age, not a kid right out of high school. More
