Eisenhauer had the perfect car We had a great experience at Eisenhauer Nissan. Leo and Rachel were great and made us extremely comfortable throughout the process. We are from Ohio and just couldn’t find what we wanted nearby. Eisenhauer had the exact car we were looking for and at a better price. After talking to Leo about the car, I was very confident the car we saw online was in near perfect shape and so we decided we would take the long drive to purchase it. We knew this was somewhat of a risk and we might be taking the trip for nothing but Eisenhauer’s reputation is excellent. Leo couldn’t have been more honest and upfront. He was also able to talk directly to my insurance agent Kathleen about all of those necessities and even printed off an insurance card for me, which she had emailed over. Rachel arranged the financing and knew we were coming a long way so she made sure things went as quickly as we wanted. When I said we were bringing our dog and he would wait in the car, she didn’t hesitate to invite him in the dealership as well. He had been cooped up for hours and everyone welcomed him as part of our family. Rachel also got us a better interest rate than I could get at our credit union or anywhere else! When I told Leo and Rachel that we would be driving two cars home because our leased Nissan Altima needed an inspection before turning it in a few days later, they offered to handle all of that right then and there. This lease was about to mature in several days and we thought we would have to get the inspection and return the car at our home dealership. When we heard we could just drive one car home, we were so relieved. This didn’t just cut drive time in half, it saved gas money and turnpike tolls. I would recommend Eisenhauer to anyone and in particular, Leo and Rachel! More
