I was treated with the highest respect, even though I wasn't buying a new car. I felt I was treated as a new car customer would have been treated. Upon closing the deal, they told me all the things I am entilted to such as free inspections, every 4th oil change is free. They called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
