I had called before we decided to take the trip down, just to make sure the car was still there, I spoke with a salesman named Dave Mehle. Dave was very helpful and had the car ready to test drive when we got there, we really liked it. Dave helped us get the price we needed, so we had the monthly car payment we were looking for. Also, we went on Saturday and they had free pizza while we waited cause buying a car is a little time consuming! It was worth the extra drive and Dave Mehle was a very down to earth, not pushy, and very helpful! I would recommend the dealership!! More

I purchased a vehicle from Terry Dinger and I must say he was very friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy to make the sale. Terry had a lot of customers that day as did the rest of the dealership but he definitely made the effort to satisfy me as the customer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. On the other hand the car I purchased still had some of the factory power train warranty left which I was told was the reason eisenhauer did give any type of warranty with the vehicle at all. I found that to be a little out of line to what other dealers offered but thought to myself a three year old vehicle with 33,000 miles shouldn't have any problems. I never took notice until two weeks after the purchase the vehicle was making a clanking noise when sitting still and turning the wheel from one side to the other. After taking it to a GMC dealer to inspect the issue I found out its a 900 dollar repair and has nothing to do with the power train so it's gonna come out of pocket. If buying used I would definitely try to get at least 1 month/1,000 miles to ensure whatever you purchase isn't gonna empty your pockets within 30 days of acquiring your new vehicle. I am very pleased with the car-very clean and well taken care of for having two previous owners. Greg the salesman was patient with me (went out on three test drives in one day) and was not pushy or intense. That is a big PLUS in my book as I can't say that about some salesmen in the other used lots I visited that week! Even the day we picked up the car (in the snow I might add) was a pleasant experience. They pulled my car into the SPOTLESS service bay so that I wouldn't be getting my car full of snow.
