This dealership has the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the sales to the service, there is nothing these guys won't do for you. I dealt with Terry Dinger three years ago leasing my first car and he informed me that he was new to the car dealer business but assured me the he was going to work hard to satisfy me and I didn't make first car and he informed me that he was new to the car dealer business but assured me the he was going to work hard to satisfy me and I didn't make it easy for him. Terry had me smiling the entire time because he was trying so hard to satisfy me with what I needed, which he did. I was back for another lease and asked for Terry and as expected much more confident and still made me smile, he's a funny guy and did a great job. He gave me options, was not pushy and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with the vehicle I was leavening with. Love the car, Great Job and Thanks again More

Have bought several cars from different dealers and my experience with Eisenhauer was the best by far.Chris Koopman (sales) was very friendly, personable, honest and knowledgeable. Probably the best car sales guy I ever dealt with. Leo in finance was also great. He came through with a better interest rate than we thought and gave us a great deal on warranty coverage. This is our second Nissan purchase from Nathan Weaber at Eisenhauer Nissan. We wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone but him. Nathan really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and sold us exactly what fit Eisenhauer Nissan. We wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone but him. Nathan really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and sold us exactly what fit our needs. He didn't pressure or hard-sell to us but offered us the best price and answered all of our questions. It has been months since our purchase, and Nathan is always friendly and welcoming when we come in for service. He always makes sure to check in with us while we're there and makes sure that our maintenance visits are quick and everything is taken care of. We love our Nissan Titan, and our sales and service experience have been great. More

I searched online for a cheaper new car, I found myself looking at eisenhauer nissans website where Keith Baker gave me a special internet price for a certain car, got to the dealership where I was immedia looking at eisenhauer nissans website where Keith Baker gave me a special internet price for a certain car, got to the dealership where I was immediately greeted, told them I was there to see Keith, he came right out with Terry Dinger, who assisted me the rest of the way, turns out the car I looked at online wasn't for me, but they held up their bargain. Terry was amazing from the moment he showed up, we looked at 2 cars and after seeing the second, knew we had to go with the 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Test drove it, Terry was extremely knowledgable of the car, pointed out every possible detail. We were sold. Both him and Keith were great, thanked us multiple times, after purchase terry spent about 30 minutes pointing out the rest of the details and set up Bluetooth for my phones. I will probably drive a nissan till the day I die because how great Eisenhauer Nissan and Terry took care of us. More
