I found this dealership through USAA's Car Buying Service. When I first contacted the dealership, I was directed straight to Jay and he worked with me through the entire process. Being that I was so far away and could only come in on certain days, we were finding cars just as quickly as they were being sold. However Jay was persistent to help find me exactly what I was looking for and when he found one that he thought I would be interested in, he called me and we both looked at it online. The next day, Jay placed the car on hold for me and when I arrived, I was able to test drive immediately and go straight to the paperwork after I approved the car. He ensured that all of his paperwork was organized, as did Erica from finance and between the two of them, I was able to get the car I wanted, in the short window of time that I had to get it in, with the price, interest rate, and warranties that I wanted, and even some that I did not know were an option. One noteable moment that impressed me; when I arrived, the dealership was closing in just over an hour. Jay had all of the paperwork prepared and had already gotten the financing approved for the car. Even having done all that work in advance, when it was discovered that I could receive a better interest rate, Erica and Jay wasted no time in choosing that as the better financing option for me. Had they not chosen to do that, I would have been none-the-wiser. However it was integrity that led them to seek the best financing option for me. Jay was extrememly patient with me throughout the process which I greatly appreciate because I know I had difficult expectations but his professionalism, persistence and dedication to excellent service ensured nothing short of my most pleasant car-buying experience to date. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the follow-up from Jay. He checked on my satisfaction with the car two weeks after my purchase to ensure I was still pleased with my decision.
