April 7, 2014 It was a cold and windy Saturday when my wife and daughter stopped to look at used cars at Eisenhauer Nissan, though I was not in favor of stopping, b It was a cold and windy Saturday when my wife and daughter stopped to look at used cars at Eisenhauer Nissan, though I was not in favor of stopping, because in the past when we were looking for a new or used car we had experience terrible service, unfriendly salespeople and not very impressive prices. But stop we did, we got out of our car and started looking around when out of the wind came a salesperson, named Danny. Danny introduced himself, was helpful and was not pushy and asked the right questions and then guided us to the type car and price we were looking for. We did not really spend much time looking on the lot, we had spent weeks looking on-line at different sites and with the wind and cool temperatures we really did not have the desire to stay and we had other leads to look at before the day ended. After looking at other options, we returned home to the warmth and our laptops and looked more in depth at what was available in our price range and type of car we were looking for and decided to contact Danny with our interest in the 2010 Nissan Murano. Danny contacted us that evening and we set up an appointment for Monday evening. The evening came, as did the cold wind and rain. We were greeted by Kathy Morrissey, who was a dear and made us comfortable. Danny was quick to get us started and apologized for the wait, we took the potential car for a test-drive and returned to move forward on closing the deal. And then we waited, and waited and waited, apparently the cold, windy, rained soaked Monday evening brought out the car buyer in everybody. Danny got us comfortable and introduced us to Karen. The evening went by and my wife and I used the time to talk and catch-up and people watch, as Karen apologized for the wait, explaining that her colleague had gone home sick and that she was ready for us. The paperwork went quickly and Karen was personable and provided detailed explanation for all the financial requirements. As we exited Danny saw us to our new car and thanked us for our purchase and although the cold April rain continued we left satisfied that we had given Eisenhauer as second chance. More

Not only were they exceptionally quick in the response time from submitting my USAA discount certificate online to an actual phone call (which was exactly 3 minutes by Keith Baker), but the level of professionalism, knowledge, and overall desire to work with a new customer in order to establish a relationship and loyalty, was absolutely astonishing compared to most of today's "professional" establishments. Jim Bentz was my actual sales rep who was both highly motivated as well as very professional, but due to schedules and external factors, all of the Eisenhauer Nissan staff assisted me with both the ease and convenience involving my purchase. From Eric Naumann in assisting with the physical setup of my 2014 Titan, to Leo Bolger being a "financial subject matter expert", this staff work as a very efficient team, which really made a large impact in my life with releasing me from a financial nightmare, being 16,000 dollars upside down on a 2007 JEEP Wrangler. I absolutely recommend all of my fellow soldiers, as well as fellow Pennsylvanians to seriously consider Eisenhauer Nissan as the next dealership for their next vehicle purchase. I absolutely love my 2014 Titan Pro4X, and this organization has now earned my loyalty as a customer for all of my future vehicle purchases while living here in Pennsylvania. More
