Love my new 2014 Rogue I am very happy with my new 2014 Rogue ( I traded in a 2004 Lexus) my first color choice was a white with tan interior and then as all women do I chan I am very happy with my new 2014 Rogue ( I traded in a 2004 Lexus) my first color choice was a white with tan interior and then as all women do I changed my mind my final choice was a black with tan interior and I LOVE IT! My sales agent Rich Long was great to work with, very knowledgeable of all of the features of the vehicle and was very patient making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the parking lot that evening (well after closing). The entire Eisenhauer Nissan team are very friendly Tim works hard to gain your business and Leo had all the paperwork prepared for an efficient transaction. Eisenhauer Nissan has a great network of employees a family of sort they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy when you walk out of their showroom it shows that they truly love what they do. Our garage is now the home to two Rogue's and my husbands Ridgeline will be out of lease in September. We re looking forward to a long term relationship with our local Eisenhauer team. Outstanding Service.. After reviewing many trucks online over a month, I came across the perfect one for "me". I contacted Eisenhauer and spoke with sales rep, Greg Krick. After reviewing many trucks online over a month, I came across the perfect one for "me". I contacted Eisenhauer and spoke with sales rep, Greg Krick. Very friendly and informative. I was very set on what I wanted, quick to point this out and Greg took it from there, and within an hour I was approved for financing with terms that were acceptable to what I wanted. I actually drove almost two hours from Delaware to take possession of my new (used) truck. As I pulled up out front of the dealership, Greg was right there to greet me before I even exited my vehicle. Superb customer service for sure! I did not have to wait for hours to finalize all of the finance paperwork, thanks to Karen Stehman. My entire time spent completing my transaction was painless and well worth the visit! Very friendly atmosphere, professional, yet great senses of humor from everyone I encountered.
