Used car purchase! My husband and I stopped by this dealership looking for a used vehicle. We were greeted by Jay in a friendly manner and he interacted well with our children. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot. He asked us different questions about what we were looking for and what our price range was. The credit application was easy to fill out. He gave us a quote for the vehicle we would be trading and showed us a brake down of the price. He took us over to the finance department. Here we waited a little to hear back from the banks. We were offered gap insurance with our loan and, Karen, the lady who explained it to us was very knowledgable about that as well. Jay helped us through the signing process. While we were signing they had detailed parts of the car. We were at the dealership about 4 hours and took our new car home that night. There were clean bathrooms, a sitting room with a tv and drinks to purchase while you waited. Overall we are very happy with our experience here. This is my second purchase from this dealership! He was so nice following an extremely busy day even though it was late in the day and it was the Memorial Day holiday. He was very patient and helpful while I test drove 2 cars. Not pushy at all which I so appreciated. I decided the next day to purchase the vehicle and when I called Greg he couldn't have been more helpful. He called back within an hour or two with the financing and I picked the car up that evening. Thank you Greg for a great experience.
