Great Dealership Due to a recent unusual hail storm our 2005 Nissan Altima was totaled. We looked around but came back to Eisenhauer Nissan because we loved our Altim Due to a recent unusual hail storm our 2005 Nissan Altima was totaled. We looked around but came back to Eisenhauer Nissan because we loved our Altima. The Altima is a great car and we never had many problems with it. Our salesman Mark Sullivan was great. He greeted us when we got out of our car and was very friendly and helpful. We did not feel pressured into buying and he explained things, answered all of our questions and gave us a great price that we just couldn't pass up. Karen Stehman helped us with the financing and was great as well. Both her and Mark got us the price and payment that we wanted to be at. They were both wonderful to deal with and in our bad situation were the greatest help with no pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

He took the time to take me on a test ride, thoroughly explained the features of the car and worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. In addition he did a lot of the leg work for me. Contacting my insurance company and pushing through the financing in record time. Terry had me in and out of the dealership in short order while still covering all aspect thoroughly. Excellent Sales During the May 22, 2014 hail storm in the Wyomissing, PA area our current 2010 Nissan Altima was totaled. We originally dealt with Rich Long when we During the May 22, 2014 hail storm in the Wyomissing, PA area our current 2010 Nissan Altima was totaled. We originally dealt with Rich Long when we purchased the car and we had a very good experience so we went back to Eisenhauer to see Rich for a replacement car. He was very busy with other people looking for cars but Rich did take the time to talk to us and take us for a test drive. One week later we went back to see Rich since we knew what our insurance company was going to give us for our totaled car. Once again Rich was very busy but took the time to sit down with us to get the ball rolling. Rich gave us a call on Tuesday and told us that he did find the car we wanted to buy. June 5th, just 2 weeks after the hail storm, Rich got us into a New Nissan Altima SV. Rich went out of his way to help us and to find the car we wanted to purchase.
