It usually takes me all of 8 seconds to be sick of a car dealer's spiel, but i liked Terry and felt very comfortable with his down to earth style. I felt he was very honest and very fair. After the hail storm damage to our car, the demand for cars was insane and car dealerships had the run of the mill in this county and the surrounding counties, so we were forced to look around. Yet I really wanted to have Terry as a salesman again. I know his number one goal is to sell the car, but I really feel he goes out of his way for the customer. He came through again. He is excellent. And he will adjust his personal schedule to meet yours. My wife loved working with him and felt comfortable. We will go back there again if he is still there. The price was right in the middle of the "fair market range" on the Kelly Blue Book site, therefore we feel it was a very good and very fair price. As for the rest of the dealership, the service is excellent, the facility is phenomenal, there are tons of staff members who all make you feel comfortable, and the selection goes without saying. Its all a strong reflection of Pete. Yet, at the end of the day, if the sales rep did not meet our needs, we would shop elsewhere. But he did meet our needs, so we highly recommend Eisenhauer Nissan, and definitely recommend requesting Terry Dinger as your sales rep. More

The dealership has a very friendly and professional staff that worked hard to make my deal happen with terms that I needed. Overall I am satisfied with my Jetta. My only negative that has to be mentioned is that I have not heard a peep from anyone at the dealership regarding my purchase. I find this unacceptable and should be addressed by management.
