We could not have been more pleased with the service! Our salesman, Mark Sullivan, was wonderful! He was not pushy and was honest and straightforward. We did not have to deal with the rigmarole of haggling to get the car we wanted at a price that made us happy. Erica Gonzalez in Finance was wonderful to deal with as well. She offered additional warranty options but did not pressure us into adding them into our payment plan. She was thorough in her explanation of all of the finances and we left feeling confident in our decision to purchase the vehicle. We also had the pleasure of meeting Keith Baker, who explained how TrueCar works in determining the price of the car. His information was very helpful. The dealership uses a no-pressure, low-key approach to selling their cars and it was a comfortable, pleasant buying experience. We would recommend Eisenhauer Nissan to anyone looking to buy a Nissan, and we would visit this dealership again for another car purchase in the future. More
