Working with a limited budget we encouraged him to explore multiple options that might work for us and to contact us when he had something viable. We continued our search at his competitors. Within 2 hrs he was back in touch with 2 reasonable options so we committed to return that day. When we returned we had been made an attractive offer by a competitor. Long story short, Billy and Tim (his manager) matched the offer on the car we preferred. Then we worked with Rachel to get the financing and warranty that we best for us. She was very helpful. There I met sales rep Alan Guido On January 22, 2018 I visited Eisenhauer Nissan to look at a Toyota Highlander they had advertised in the newspaper. There I met sales rep Alan Guido and asked him to show me the car which he did. The car was great, Alan was very professional in pointing out all the options and why this was a quality vehicle. There was no pressure from Alan, just trying to make sure that my needs would be met with this vehicle. The vehicle was priced very reasonably as was my trade-in allowance. Rachel Strunk handled the financing very quickly and efficiently and knew and explained all the financing and warranty options available to me. While I knew what I was looking for in the vehicle I was to purchase, the entire time I spent in the purchase and paperwork of this car was just at two hours when I drove off the lot. This was the easiest and satisfying car buying experience I have ever experienced. My experience, in addition to the fact that all state inspections, as well as every 4th oil change are free, are the reasons I highly recommend Eisenhauer Nissan when you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. I went in, Greg narrowed down what I was looking for and didn't try to show me things I wasn't interested in. No pressure to buy immediately, they were very willing to work to bring my payments down to what I could afford and get my credit approved. After going home to think about the car I was looking at I decided I wasn't going to get a better deal elsewhere and was able to take the car home that day. They even took care of my rental car for me so I wouldn't have to figure out how to drop it off myself.
