Great help replacing a car, very friendly staff that works w I totaled my car and had to replace it quickly within my budget, after contacting them through their live chat service Julia connected me with Greg, w I totaled my car and had to replace it quickly within my budget, after contacting them through their live chat service Julia connected me with Greg, who was very patient as I had to run around and get things taken care of. I went in, Greg narrowed down what I was looking for and didn't try to show me things I wasn't interested in. No pressure to buy immediately, they were very willing to work to bring my payments down to what I could afford and get my credit approved. After going home to think about the car I was looking at I decided I wasn't going to get a better deal elsewhere and was able to take the car home that day. They even took care of my rental car for me so I wouldn't have to figure out how to drop it off myself. Excellent Dealership i reside over an hour away from this dealership but well worth the drive. Eric Naumann was an excellent sales person as were both the used car manage i reside over an hour away from this dealership but well worth the drive. The car that i was interested in had a dent in the passenger door that Eric noticed right away and addressed. I was promised by management that they could get it out and they certainly didn't disappoint! overall experience was well worth the trip and i would definitely recommend and also consider buying another vehicle here.
