Despite the vehicle I was searching for not being Nissan brand, he was still able to answer all of my questions -far more knowledgeable than I anticlated- and help me troubleshoot and learn more about the vehicle. 10/10 would buy another vehicle from this consummate professional if I was rolling in the dough. Likewise, you can expect the staff to be incredibly helpful. Running into difficulties with my homestate was resolved in no time thanks to Rachel who clearly explained the terms of my purchase in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Toyota Purchase Visited to look at a Toyota Rav4 Limited. Got hooked up with sales person Alan Guido. Concerned after seeing car due to leather seats which my wife is Visited to look at a Toyota Rav4 Limited. Got hooked up with sales person Alan Guido. Concerned after seeing car due to leather seats which my wife is not a fan of. Alan checked his list and saw that a XLE had recently been received but wasn't detailed yet. We looked at both cars and test drove both. Finally settled on the limited. Alan was extremely helpful along with Karen the Internet manager. Processed loads of paperwork with the help of Jerry Young. Would have liked a better deal on our trade but overall a really good experience. Looking forward to see if the service department is equally as good. More
