Awesome customer service. Very Friendly!! We were looking for a White Ford Explorer Sport. We found a 2015 with 2k miles on it at Eisenhauer. We called to make an appointment to look at the ve We were looking for a White Ford Explorer Sport. We found a 2015 with 2k miles on it at Eisenhauer. We called to make an appointment to look at the vehicle. Tim refereed us to Danny Hassler who was great. He was not pushy at all, He showed us the vehicle and took us for test drive. Of course we loved the Explorer as it was basically a brand new vehicle without the new price. When we got back from the test drive Danny introduced us to Karen in the finance department. Karen was absolutely fantastic in getting us the best rate and explaining the warranties ,"gap" coverage, and all the other fine details. I cant praise the Eisenhauer team enough. You can tell that the owner is actively involved and treats his employees well because it passes right on to the customer. It is like they all are family working towards the same goal.....making customers happy. That is just something you do not see much of these days. More
