Every team member that we interacted with was interested in our needs and treated my family with utmost respect. Our sales person was Greg Krick. Greg was a treat to deal with and have handle our transaction. At no point did we feel like we were just being sold or processed like we've found in other dealerships. This purchase continues the streak of great customer service, convenience and price. Eisenhauer helped us upgrade from a 2006 Hyundai Tuscon to a 2013 Town and Country. Greg answered all of our questions about the vehicle and financing with ease and was great when we had to go back with more questions. Karen Stehman had all of the paperwork ready for us and the purchase time took less than an hour and we had 2 young kids with us. From the time we go in the door, we were greeted by warm friendly faces, all of whom made our visit there a very pleasant experience. Starting with the coffee and bagels at the beginning of transactions to the pizza at the end. Everyone we talk to that day was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions, making us feel confident in what we were doing. Greg Krick my Sales Representative was great! It was his Can Do attitude, and friendly voice, sounded like someone i could trust. He walked me thru all I had to do, making it possible to obtain the vehicle I wanted, and, by the way, had me drive from Maryland to Pennsylvania on a rainy day to pick it up but... it was worth it.
