What a wonderful day Went up to Eisenhauer with my car that they were repairing on a regular basis since it was falling apart with 167,000 miles on it and was totally fed Went up to Eisenhauer with my car that they were repairing on a regular basis since it was falling apart with 167,000 miles on it and was totally fed up with this scenario. Talked to Mike Ostrich and told him I have had it with this car and he said they could give me a great car for a great price. Told Terry Dinger what I had in mind. What I did not want and what I did.We went over to the used car lot and he took to to one car and I did not need to look at another. That was exactly what I wanted. We closed the deal., What a great guy. So nice and personable.While I'm at it I must say wonderful things about Mike Ostrich also. I always deal with him when I go to customer service. Both of these men explain everything in terms that I understand and do everything they can to give me the best possible customer service. I also found Karen Stehman to be most enjoyable and she definitely knows her stuff in financing. Got me a fantastic interest rate!!! More
