Terry is honest and honorable - pleasure to work with someone that wasn't just looking to move a car - but wanted to make sure we were taken care of as well. Manager, who's name escapes me - sorry!!, was awesome as well. Really wanted to make a deal that worked for both of us - he really went the extra mile to get the warranty in to protect me since he knew I had concerns with it not being a Nissan vehicle. More

Offered more for my trade-in once I explained the work that had been done. Sale seemed to take an unusually long time to process, but that was because an unusual amount of buyers came in all at once. I think there were four or five of us buying all around the same time. A little pushy with the warranty - we decided we didn't want it, but they came back and offered us a lower price for the warranty. Still decided we didn't want it and they came back one more time. Hopefully that wasn't the real reason our sale took so long. Overall, a great experience. Looking forward to the free inspections and oil changes! More
