I traded in my frontwheel drive Rogue to a an AWD Rogue When I met the salesperson, Rohan Gupta, at Eisenhauer Nissan in Wernersville Pennsylvania he greeted my wife and myself and asked me "How can I help When I met the salesperson, Rohan Gupta, at Eisenhauer Nissan in Wernersville Pennsylvania he greeted my wife and myself and asked me "How can I help you?" I mentioned that I wanted to trade in my front wheel drive Rogue to an AWD Rogue. He asked me for some information and he immediately helped me get the best deal that I have. Rohan was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked conscientiously with the assistance of the supervisors in charge. He explained all the possible choices that I could select from with the appropriate terms and finance payments necessary to get the best deal. I also met with the financial advisor, Lisa Grose who explained all the "nitty gritty" finances and documents that were necessary to be signed. He also made recommendations about other cars as well but when we narrowed our needs down to one car he allowed us to drive it and than explained every detail of the features on that car. He than took us into his office and proceeded to give the carfax on our chosen vechicle and gave us the trade in values. After some discussion he, worked for us, in arranging an acceptable tradein offer. We had not planned on buying a car that day but seeing the car offerings, the cleanliness of the car and it's value, made a decision to purchase the car. Couldn't Be Happier This past weekend I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra from Rich Long and Eisenhauer and couldn't be happier! My sister had bought a car from Rich This past weekend I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra from Rich Long and Eisenhauer and couldn't be happier! My sister had bought a car from Rich the year before so when it was time to for me to buy, I knew I had to at least checkout Eisenhauer. My dad had called the day before to make sure that Rich would be in and to let him know that we were coming. Rich was waiting for us when we came at 9 AM (when the doors opened). From the moment I walked thru the door until the time I drove away in my purchase, never once did I feel like Rich or anyone else in the dealership was just trying to make a sale. Rich listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to convince me to buy outside of my budget. I really appreciated the fact that even though I came in with my dad, Rich and everyone else spoke to me directly and not just to my dad like some other dealerships had. I would highly recommend buying from Rich and Eisenhauer, I'm so glad that I did. My dad was so impressed with the customer service that he and my mom went back this past Monday and bought themselves a new car, too! More
