The used sales manager, worked with me to get the prices where I needed them to be, the finance manager worked to get me the best possible rate and terms possible. He worked in my best interest to find me an extended service plan that fit my budget and left me protected against the unexpected. It was a very relaxed environment that I truly enjoyed, I will do my very best to purchase every automobile from Moyer in the future. More
BACKED OUT OF AGREED PRICE / 3 DIFFERENT EXCUSES Although I have my entire experience transcribed this website will not allow me to post the entire thing, I assume due to length. I will have to summarize: I contacted Moyer via their online information request and other than auto generated emails I received nothing. I also received nothing in reply to my request via email for information regarding a new F150 I was looking for. I had to walk into the dealer and approach the sales staff to get some information. They didn't have what I was looking for on the lot (they don't have a very good selection). Jay Maclay was able to find what I was looking for within the region. Pat Francis, general manager, worked up some numbers after having my trade appraised. This process took far too long. Over 1.5 hours. I let Pat know I'd review the numbers and make a counter offer within 24 hours. I made the counter offer the following day and received an email reply from Pat Francis' iPhone saying "sounds great, we can do that". I then asked when I could take delivery and requested some dealer installed options I was willing to pay retail price for in addition to our agree price. About 4 hours after Pat Francis had appeared to accept my counter offer he sent an email stating he was sticking with the original numbers. The email he sent was missing the part which he had accepted my counter offer. It had obviously been deleted. I responded asking what happened to our agreement we came to earlier that day, and included the cut/pasted email he had sent me. This began a barrage of emails which included Pat typing in all capital letters stating he never accepted my offer. Other emails included no less than 3 completely different excuses regarding the email I cut/pasted back to him showing the acceptance of my counter offer. One of his excuses included him saying he was replying to something I had not even sent him at that point. Another excuse claimed it was not him that sent the email, although the email was auto stamped that it was from HIS iPhone. All of the above are facts that occurred and I've kept the correspondence for proof if I am challenged on it's validity. If Moyer Ford / Pat Francis had simply come clean and say "Hey, I sent that by mistake, this is what I meant...." I would have been fine with it... but the fact they sent me emails in all caps and bogus excuses shows a character of the type of sales staff I'd rather avoid. At the end of the day it worked out since I found the exact truck we wanted at a better price elsewhere. If shopping with Moyer be sure you've got plenty of time on your hands and make sure the agreed price is really the agreed price. More

Dealing with Sherelle, Alex, and Pat made it the easiest purchase we ever made in our 50 + years of buying vehicles. It was so nice not to haggle over price and get an exceptional deal. Five months later we had a friend in dire need of a car, so we recommended Moyer Ford to her based on our experience, once again Sherelle and Pat went that extra mile to treat us all like family and find the perfect car for our friend at an exceptional price. We have used Moyer Service Department for past eight years and always receive excellent service. As far as we are concerned we will do all of our automotive business with Moyer Ford. More

I felt so at home, and I new from the moment I walked in that I would be well taken care of, and that the price would be fair. I've dealt with a number of car dealers in my day, and have never had an experience like this one. So, if you're looking for a car, call Sherelle. We tried to buy a vehicle this week from Moyer but they didn't have a good selection but worst part was the sales guy didn't seem to care to help us. He didn't return calls in a timely manner. We ended up buying 2 new cars this week but from a different dealership. We had to drive 70 miles to get good service and find a good selection. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Bought 2 tires and they did not balance correctly my husband is an certified auto tech and told me they did not balance them correctly. My appointment was at 9am and I did not get my car back until 11:40 and they wanted me to pay for my rear tires being balanced when I did not even want them to touch the rear tires since they were just balanced not even 5 months ago when I purchased my rear tires. When I got there to pick up my vehicle not only did they not apologize ,since they expected me to call them as if I were a mind reader, they had the nerve to insult my intelligence and ask for me to pay for something they had no right to do. I will NEVER go to this dealership again and I have decided to never purchase Ford again since they give there dealerships free reign to treat customers like this ! I have purchased Fords for 12 years but I no longer will consider them. More
I wanted my brakes repaired on my truck. They know to use only OEM parts but they installed o'reilly parts and the truck went all over the place when I braked. Then they charged me for more parts because they threw away the brake lines which didn't fit the o'rielly parts. What a mess. I don't get nothing service there anymore since Harold left. Chiver, he is rude. Not so much to me, but to my daughter until he found out who she was. I have used moyer since 1980 so I used to get all my service on my ford thru them. NO MORE More
Mark Kranz is a great salesman. He is very honest and deserves a raise. His knowledge in the automotive field lead us to purchase a Ford vehicle. Although I was not impressed with the shop manager, Chi deserves a raise. His knowledge in the automotive field lead us to purchase a Ford vehicle. Although I was not impressed with the shop manager, Chiver. He was most rude and his knowledge of Ford automobiles was not very great. For example, I took in my 94 Ford Ranger to have a squeak looked at. I told him that it was my hanger bearing. He disagreed saying that my truck didn't have a hanger bearing. After three hours of dumbfoundedness he finally decided that my hanger bearing was out. Even though I had a bad experience with Chiver, Moyer Ford is a great place to shop for automobiles. More
