After the sale Nicholas went over the vehicle with me to explain all of the options and electronics. Scott was very thorough in his "tour" of the vehicle, and very knowledgeable about the features even though it was not a model that the dealership specializes in. He took a considerable amount of time to make sure we got everything we wanted in a test drive. The purchasing process went smoothly and we appreciated Scott's willingness to be flexible in arriving at a competitive price. Chris Firestine made the paperwork process pleasant and no-pressure and he was very thorough in explaining everything. He will get back to you, after his day off he even apologized. i know James couldn't offer a price without approval, so kudos to his manage for the price too. When I finally made up my mind, I came in with the build details sheet James emailed me. A quick copy of my license, signature of me and his manager, and a $500 deposit....and my Jeep will be ordered come Monday. Ladd Hanford was suggested by several coworkers. One of whom is a longtime resident very close in terms of distance to the dealer, and her words were "I've only ever heard good things about that dealer. Never heard anyone speak bad of them." The vehicle was scratched up, cobwebbed, unwashed, and the battery was dead. If we didn't buy it, they were going to send it to auction and get the price they wanted. The sales-kid had to go get back up. The older salesman cried the blues about how he had to make his money and knocked $50 off. Pathetic, if you work hard for your money, go somewhere else. I was there with a friend who did end up purchasing his first vehicle. He is happy with the vehicle. But I was appalled out how they took advantage of him and refused to negotiate. More
