My wife was looking for a new jeep and this dealer had the color and package she wanted so we made the trip to lebanon. After waiting in showroom for over 15 minutes and having several salespersons ignor the color and package she wanted so we made the trip to lebanon. After waiting in showroom for over 15 minutes and having several salespersons ignore us my wife went to the desk and had a person paged. I asked to look at the black patriot and take a test drive. We strolled through the trash ridden lot to the jeep and attempted to get in when the salesperson says oh well the jeeps are all locked so I'll have to get the keys. This is when I looked at my wife and said lets go home. After convincing me to stay we looked at the new jeep only to find there were scratches on the rear bumper. The salesman finally returned with the keys which I guess are important to open and drive the vehicle! The jeep drove great but the seatbelt reminder light kept blinking and beeping. When we questioned the salesman he said well you have buckle up! Everyone was obviously buckled in and when we explained this. The answer we got was well thats weird. They would not take one cent off the sticker price, I guess this is the upfront pricing they talk about, you just pay the MSRP! I got up and started to walk out, the salesman mumbled about trying to buy a used car as we walked out the door. The whole experience was a disaster. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this dealer. More
