I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram from Ladd Hanford. We traveled to Lebanon to look at some trucks we saw on-line. Shortly after arriving we were approached by salesman Bill Wentzel. Over the course of the next two days Bill helped me decide on the one I bought. Although the price was reasonably priced, they did a nice job of getting it a little closer to my comfort level. When i actually bought the truck I signed the papers with Carter McCue who was very friendly and professional. One potential problem was that there was only one key. Bill explained that sometimes people trade in vehicles with only one key but that he would see what he could do. Three days later I received a spare key in the mail. I felt like that was really going above and beyond. My overall experience was outstanding, I never felt pressured and got a good deal. Bill Wentzel has a soft spoken demeanor that I enjoyed. He knows his stuff but is not in your face about it. I would certainly recommend Ladd Hanford to anyone searching for a new vehicle. More

We test drove a black Liberty that day and Bill answered all our question's/ concerns along with pointing out the quality of the Liberty. seats were comfortable, ride very smooth. great turning radius, storage area is wonderful (as the Cherokee we have now you have to put the entire seat down) the Liberty you can put two or one seat down and still have passengers, Bill also made us feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor.gave us time to make sure are decision was what we both wanted, Within a day Bill had a silver not black jeep ready for us to pick up.
