Recently, I went looking for a "new" car, and my parents (locals of the area) recommended I check Ladds, as they had purchased vehicles there in the past, so I went to check it out. We went in to his desk; we discussed what I was shopping for. Soon enough we were out for a few test drives. I can be a pretty tough crowd, especially when it comes to making an investment purchase. I work in a sales & customer service industry, and shopping for a car is probably my least favorite thing to do... But, Bill made the experience very enjoyable. He was a great listener (unlike some car salesmen who just try to sell you something you don't need, and probably can't afford), he was incredibly personable, and "real"... which I appreciated. He was informative, knowledgeable, & up-front and honest. Qualities that can be hard to find in the sales industry these days. Needless to say, after a few test drives, and a few stories that were shared between he & myself/my parents, I purchased a vehicle that I've been zooming around in ever since.
