The answer was yes - he got to our price point and we walked out with a new car. No negotiations, no haggling, no problems. They gave us $1500 more on our trade in than the next closest dealership and let us drive the car over the weekend until he could hear from the bank on Monday. We were in the market to lease a new minivan for our growing family. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I received excellent, honest service from Brian Ressler, our salesman. As a busy mother of two young kids, this was very appreciated! He beat EVERY other dealership in price and what we got for our money. His vehicle was better equipped and cost us the least amount of money. Even other Dodge dealers couldn't believe his price. He included all of the taxes/fees, etc., that other salesmen tried to claim would be added on to my monthly payments. Not the case. I can not rate Brian high enough, because of his honesty and efficiency he has earned a customer for life. We were also very appreciative of the finance manager, as on the evening we went in to sign the paperwork and pick up our vehicle, we had our two children with us. Not only did they do most of the paperwork ahead of time to cut down on the amount of time my kids would end up sitting and waiting in the dealership, he also didn't try to sell us any additional items or add-ons. They ran all our financial information for us and found us a bank and a loan. The whole experience I did not have the feeling of I was being played because of my age.
