When I was looking for a vehicle, I called Bill Ehrgood to obtain information concerning the best vehicle to purchase for my son. Bill's recommendation was not one that I had originally considered. However, after considering financing, the size of the car, the quality of the product, and its ability to our needs over a long period of time, I am convinced that the vehicle that I purchased (Mazda6) was the perfecty choice. It is my first Mazda. If Bill's knowledge of the car did not close the sale, his test drive closed the deal. Bill is not just a sales person, he is a problem solver. I apprciate the value that he brings. This is the 5th car I have bought from Bill. Carter also did a good job explaining all the forms necessary to purchase the vehicle. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. More

I had a great experience with Ladd Hanford...I reviewed what I was interested in online and Gary was really helpful and quick with his responses. He also got me approved for a loan BEFORE I had gotten ther what I was interested in online and Gary was really helpful and quick with his responses. Everything went very smoothe. ONLY THING id change if I had to pick something would be for them to have more people certied to test drive/ check trade-in vehicles...That was the ONLY thing that held me up from getting out of there in a timely fashion...Thank you... The prospest of buying car was not something I was looking forward to since the dealership I delt with for years had closed due to the death of the owener. It had been a family run deadership and I had been taken care of with my car repairs and was delt with fairly when I had purchased my other two Dodge vehicles. Also with big dealerships there always the haggling and back and forth before getting the deal done. I wanted to deal with a salesperson who was not on commission who want to sell me a car he/she thought would fit me "just fine". When my son and I went out onto the Web looking for a Dodge dealership (yes I am a Dodge girl) there were only two possiblies in the area. When we went to look at the first dealership, they had nothing on the lot that was in my price range which meant that there was probably nothing in the showroom either. When we came to Ladd-Hanford there were three Avengers that were sitting on the lot that my son and I could look at and price. When Bill approached us, he asked what we interested in and struck up a genuine conversation reguard my old vehicle and what I was looking for in a new one. When I told him that I wanted to take a closer look at the one Avenger, he got the keps to the car, let me look under the hood and access what was there in regards to the engine and other key elements. When I asked if he could work up some figures as to what I may be looking a price wise, Bill took both of us into the show room and worked up some prices including what was being offerded at the time for incentives. Bill was very knowlegable about what deals were being offered and answered all my questions reguarding the dealership. There was none of the "let me see what my manger can do" dog and pony show. That is the way I was used to doing business. When I came back to purchase the Avenger, the transaction for procuring a loan, signing all the paperwork and finally walk thu of the vehicle was a breeze and Bill had aquired the information that he had been unable to answer at the first visit due to the fact the person he needed to speak to had not been there. When I had recently brought the vehicle down to have it looked over having had the vehicle for a month, Bill inquired why I was back and in his friendly manner made sure that I got to where I need to go for the service department. I am looking forward to my first real dealings with the service department when my vehicle needs its first oil change. More
