Service issues and no customer service I had truck there for a noise and they had truck for 20 days and for it back same noise actually worst and the under carriage is covered with oil .won I had truck there for a noise and they had truck for 20 days and for it back same noise actually worst and the under carriage is covered with oil .won't go back there for service .had vehicle there for sale issue several times .just want my money back or new truck. Worst car experience in my life!! Leased a brand new Jeep in may and it already has the check engine light on and needs a part. The part is expected to take a month and half to receive Leased a brand new Jeep in may and it already has the check engine light on and needs a part. The part is expected to take a month and half to receive in since my car was looked at and part was ordered. Remote start doesn't work in one of the coldest months (main reason I bought a new car). Dealership won't even give a loaner but I'm sure Jeep will expect my full payment for a broken car on the day that's due. If I'm paying for something new I should have within a fee days time something that works like new!! Not a car that I have to drive around for a month and a half with a check engine light on. Was basically told to suck it up. Last time I will EVER own or lease a Jeep! I can't wait for this lease to be over. More
