Worst car experience in my life!! Leased a brand new Jeep in may and it already has the check engine light on and needs a part. The part is expected to take a month and half to receive Leased a brand new Jeep in may and it already has the check engine light on and needs a part. The part is expected to take a month and half to receive in since my car was looked at and part was ordered. Remote start doesn't work in one of the coldest months (main reason I bought a new car). Dealership won't even give a loaner but I'm sure Jeep will expect my full payment for a broken car on the day that's due. If I'm paying for something new I should have within a fee days time something that works like new!! Not a car that I have to drive around for a month and a half with a check engine light on. Was basically told to suck it up. Last time I will EVER own or lease a Jeep! I can't wait for this lease to be over. More

He is always responsive regardless of how busy he is and ensures that the entire sale goes through smoothly. Nick did a great job delivering the vehicle and Jason is so efficient and quick with the paper work. They truly are a dealer that values you as a person and your business. We travel over 40 miles passing 3 other dealers closer to our home because of the great deals and the way they respect our time and interests. Truly an awesome dealer! More

He had a great attitude and spent the time answering everything I asked about several vehicles until I chose the one I bought. Nicholas worked overtime to be sure the financing team completed the process to allow me the jeep I wanted. they made sure the vehicle was affordable, within the limit I first said I was willing to spend and I walked away extremely happy. Ladd Hanford is where I bought my very first brand new jeep. I'm extremely happy i chose to return for this vehicle :) More

Poor new car salesman Went in to test drive a charger/challenger looking to lease, the guy that helped us showed us 2, 2015 cars, both v8, and auto what my wife wanted, but Went in to test drive a charger/challenger looking to lease, the guy that helped us showed us 2, 2015 cars, both v8, and auto what my wife wanted, but no 2016,s, they told us they dont lease 2015 cars(more on that later), wife never drove a charger/challenger before, we waited for salesmen to offer to take us on a drive in the 2015's so she could see how she likes them, never did, and sales guy seemed like he didnt want to deal woth us, so we left.....another dealer(freedom) had a 2015 charger v8 loaded perfect on the showroom, tokk that one out for us, and we drive it, loved it, and going back there monday!!! All in all Ladd I woukd not recommend More
