I was in the market for a 2012 Mazda 3for my 22 Y/O I was in the market for a 2012 Mazda 3for my 22 Y/O daughter and sent an email to Ladd-Hanford. Was contacted the next morning by Scott Keith and we I was in the market for a 2012 Mazda 3for my 22 Y/O daughter and sent an email to Ladd-Hanford. Was contacted the next morning by Scott Keith and we set-up a time for us to come visit. We arrived and were promtly met by Scott who showed us the vehicle that we were interested in. We then went on a lengthy test drive and showed my daughter all of the features that were on this car. After we returned we went inside and thats when we started playing the numbers game. As with all dealerships we went back and forth until we were satisifed with the price and the deal was made. After that the car was detailed and we signed all of the papers. After we were finished with the paperwork Scott went and got her Mazda 3 from the recon shop. He showed us the finished product and went over all of the neccasary items and we were on our way. Scott was a good salesman and we would definately do business with him and Ladd-Hanford again! More

Nicholas went very far to accommodate us. We came in with no appointment and he started working with us right away, even though he had an appointment with some other customers in about an hour.
