During my couple trips to the dealership each time was very positive. Brian never was too aggressive in regards to try and get me to purchase a mazda. He was very personable . My only point of concern was that, being a commercial purchase, we were restricted to having an officer of the company sign as a co-signer on the loan. The credit manager at Ladd-Hanford only identified purchase, we were restricted to having an officer of the company sign as a co-signer on the loan. The credit manager at Ladd-Hanford only identified two banks to pursue. Neither bank provided corporation-only purchases. I would have appreciated if the search was broadened to other financial institutions to see if there would have been any other options. Other than that, the allowance for the trade-in was fair once negotiated, and all of the staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. We will certainly keep Ladd-Hanford as an option for future vehicle needs. More
