Bill Wentzel was a very professional and courteous sales person. I started out browsing on line, and requested info on a 2009 dodge journey, he responded right away, well needless to say I ended up buying a person. After looking at the new jeep cherokee online I found the one I was interested in and talked my husband into going with me to look at it. Pretty much showed up unannounced (you can make an appointment online one I was interested in and talked my husband into going with me to look at it. Pretty much showed up unannounced (you can make an appointment online but my schedule makes it tough to stick to) but Scott still made us feel welcome and was very friendly. He found the car I was looking for - it was still in the garage - and we looked it over and went for a test drive. Scott was very knowledgable about the car and made it fun putting it through its paces and showing us the new technology and features. We got a good price on the car and a reasonable trade in value for my old Liberty. When Chris took us in for financing we were impressed that he got us a lower interest rate than what they originally quoted and he made the whole signing fairly fun. This was the easiest vehicle-purchasing experience I have ever had. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online and scheduled a test drive, and James was ver ever had. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly. I only had one day off of work that I could come in to look at the vehicle, and even though it was James' day off, he came in anyways. I got a great deal on the vehicle; it almost seems like a steal. I really believe that they made sure to get me the best deal possible. Chris was also very friendly, and it didn't take long to complete the paperwork. He was very thorough about what was being signed, but also made the experience interesting. When everything was done, James made sure the vehicle was washed and had gas in the tank. I explained that I was going to look at other dealers before making my decision and without any hassle or pressure I was given a price and a printout of several vehicles that they had in stock. I contacted Scott and negotiated the final price down to what I think was a very good deal. Chris took care of all of the paperwork, I found him to be very friendly and efficient.
