I recently made a trip to Ladd Hanford in Lebanon to check out a used vehicle. After finding out the one I went to see wasn't there, I was assisted by Scott Keath, he went out of his way to help me and check out a used vehicle. Went looking on a Sunday at different car dealers to see which vehicle caught my eye. I did not even consider a Jeep until I saw it. I found a car I wanted on Autotrader, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with an 8 cylinder engine and Nav system. I traded a very similar 2011 Grand Cherokee that was missing those features. He had the car ready and waiting when I showed up, and after a quick inspection we went for a test drive. After finalizing a price with Gary I completed the sales paperwork with Chris. I commented to my wife when I got home that everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and fair, and that I would go back again if I ever needed to. After I got home I found a small paint chip, down to the metal, and called Bill. He arranged to have it repaired immediately since the notification was within 24 hours. Great experience. Never felt pressured. When I got my car home I had to call the dealership because my radio was not working. Somehow it was reset and a special code had to be entered. I called Bill and he called the Honda dealership to get the code. Bill called me back and explained how to reset my radio so that it would work. All this transpired within 10 minutes.
