Went looking on a Sunday at different car dealers to see which vehicle caught my eye. I did not even consider a Jeep until I saw it. I found a car I wanted on Autotrader, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with an 8 cylinder engine and Nav system. I traded a very similar 2011 Grand Cherokee that was missing those features. He had the car ready and waiting when I showed up, and after a quick inspection we went for a test drive. After finalizing a price with Gary I completed the sales paperwork with Chris. I commented to my wife when I got home that everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and fair, and that I would go back again if I ever needed to. After I got home I found a small paint chip, down to the metal, and called Bill. He arranged to have it repaired immediately since the notification was within 24 hours. Great experience. Never felt pressured. When I got my car home I had to call the dealership because my radio was not working. Somehow it was reset and a special code had to be entered.
