He did a exceptional job in explaining all the ins and outs about the vehicle. We purchased the Cherokee that night with his assistance and came back two days later to pick up the vehicle. We traded our 2005 Pacifica and received a very nice trade in allowance as well. Bill Wentzel was the salesman and I was very happy with his professionalizm, friendliness,and his helpfulness in my particular situation. Both sales were done very quickly and thoroughly. Bill even ordered me a second key for the Charger when it turned out there was only one in the dealership. I love my car and I must say the deal I made was very fair. Chris Firestine was very thorough and knowledgeable in his job and I was treated very friendly by all the people I worked with. This is the third Dodge/Chrysler vehicle I've owned, not including the Avenger. I had an intrepid and A Dodge Caravan in the past and I will stay with Dodge/Chrysler vehicles in the future. I can't say enough good things about Bill Wentzel. Your dealership must be proud to have this man in your employ! I do have a couple issues with the Charger, the parking breake doesn't work and the tire pressure light came on not long after I bought it. He took the time to explain the details/options of the Jeep we selected and then took us on a test drive to show us what the vehicle could do. I have never had a sales person take the time to go with me on a test drive on any of my previous vehicle purchases.
