Bill Wentzel was the salesman and I was very happy with his professionalizm, friendliness,and his helpfulness in my particular situation. Both sales were done very quickly and thoroughly. Bill even ordered me a second key for the Charger when it turned out there was only one in the dealership. I love my car and I must say the deal I made was very fair. Chris Firestine was very thorough and knowledgeable in his job and I was treated very friendly by all the people I worked with. This is the third Dodge/Chrysler vehicle I've owned, not including the Avenger. I had an intrepid and A Dodge Caravan in the past and I will stay with Dodge/Chrysler vehicles in the future. I can't say enough good things about Bill Wentzel. Your dealership must be proud to have this man in your employ! I do have a couple issues with the Charger, the parking breake doesn't work and the tire pressure light came on not long after I bought it.
