I had a great experience at Mountain View Nissan. I went to look at a used car and could not believe he got me in a new 2011 Versa. I would highly recommend Mountain View Nissan to anyone looking for a new to look at a used car and could not believe he got me in a new 2011 Versa. Hands down the best experience buying a new vehicle I have ever had. Thomas was able to answer all questions and provide valuable information during my vehicle search which played a major role in the ty have ever had. I would buy from MVN again and have recommended several friends to check them out when they were looking for a vehicle. The service department has been great. When taking in the vehicle for routine service or a repair they have been more than willing to work with me as I live outside the Chattanooga area. All service and repairs have been done to satisfaction. Everyone that I have had direct contact with at MVN have been very friendly and professional. The customer service at Mountain View Nissan was excellent. When I first drove onto the lot, there were hundreds of cars to choose from and my salesman Troy greeted me within a few minutes of arriva excellent. When I first drove onto the lot, there were hundreds of cars to choose from and my salesman Troy greeted me within a few minutes of arrival. He was not a high pressure, pushy salesman. He respected my opinions and thoughts and did not try to put me in a car that one, I did not want or two, I could not comfortably afford. The sales manager and business manager were both very helpful and explained everything to me and waited without rushing through when I had questions. After only a month, a radiator hose in my new Altima broke and had to be replaced. The service staff was friendly and courteous and my car was in perfect running order the same day I dropped it off. They left the car clean and undamaged. Overall, the sales experience as well as the service experience were the best I have had and this is the third new car I have purchased. I would definitely recommend Mountain View Nissan as well as Troy Radtke to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. The main reason is the no pressure sales approach that I experienced. More

Mountain View Nissan surpassed my expectations. The friendliness and helpfulness of our sales person was wonderful. They really made us feel at ease with the process and were never pushy. Gregg was wonderful when I initially purchased my car. Shortly after (like a month), a bolt in the trunk came lose and I took it to have the bolt tightened and they charged me $80 dollars to fix it. Then Shortly after (like a month), a bolt in the trunk came lose and I took it to have the bolt tightened and they charged me $80 dollars to fix it. Then my "smart" key locked my car with the key inside and I called and someone brought me a "dummy" key and it didn't work so the parts manager came out and tried it and realized the door key area was messed up and I had to call a locksmith to open my car and that cost me $65. These things should have been looked at and fixed before the car was put on the lot to be sold. I was not offered a discount on an oil change or even a refund on my locksmith. I was just told to bring it in and we will fix it and you will have to pay for it because that is not under warranty. I have not brought it in because I don't have the extra money to pay for something that should not have been broken when I bought the car. I'm very frustrated with my vehicle that I thought would be my dream car. I am not sure if I would recommend this dealership right now. More

We purchased a 2005 Toyota Sienna from Mountain View Nissan last year, and I should have know to be suspicious when they asked me to go down and have the emissions test done myself during the buying pro Nissan last year, and I should have know to be suspicious when they asked me to go down and have the emissions test done myself during the buying process. Not six weeks after we bought the car, the VSC light came on and a few weeks later the check engine light came on. We have gone through six visits to different mechanics, failed the emissions test and spent $800 trying to fix the problem, only to find out that both of the catalytic converters are going to have to be replaced at a cost of an additional $1,200. We have only had this vehicle for one year and the mechanic that finally determine this, told us these converters were in disarray when the vehicle was sold to us. I am very dissapointed that Mtn. View Nissan patched up this car to get it sold and cost us more than we can affor to pay. More
