This is the second car I have purchased from Mountainview (my 3rd Nissan) and both times I worked with Jeanette. (I requested her the 2nd time.) She is one of the best sales people I have ever met. She is (my 3rd Nissan) and both times I worked with Jeanette. (I requested her the 2nd time.) She is one of the best sales people I have ever met. She is not pushy, more than willing to answer all my questions, and takes my preferences in consideration. Since I will be retiring next year, I intend to trade my Versa in the fall for a 2013 and will most certainly ask for Jeanette. As for the rest of the dealership - they are the best! They go out of their way to give their customers good service. For example, one afternoon a month or two ago, I hit a curb and busted the tire all to pieces. Not knowing who to call I called Mountainview. I thought they would tell me who to contact. They do not normally offer roadside assistance but I was not far from the dealership and everyone knows me. In less than 30 minutes, they had put on the "donut" for me, then mounted a new tire and I was back on the road with only a few jokes about watching out for curbs walking in front of me.
