The process was simpler and friendlier than what we'd expected, and we drove off in a nearly-new car that we've loved ever since. Mountain View is a professional dealership. They never lose sight of the fact that they are in business to sell cars, not complex derivatives. They are much more "Main Street" than "Wall Street."
