First Ioniq sold at Pye (55357)(56832) This is our first experience with Pye. I feel we got a fair deal on the car considering it was the first Ioniq on the lot. Other Hyundai dealers were not willing to come down at all on the sticker price. Pye treated us fairly on our trade-in too. Overall, we are happy with the deal and we love the car. We have not yet needed service so the quality of service is yet to be determined. Based on on buying experience, we are hoping we will find the service dept a pleasant experience as well. More

The salesman was great, and very informative. He took his time in explaining all of the features on my new car. After a hiccup in the process and having to return that same night back to the dealership, the salesmen were really going over the top to help me and it made what could have been a really hard experience a pleasant one.
