From beginning to end, she went out of her way to make sure all of our wants were fulfilled. She looked us in the eyes when talking to us as well as when we spoke to her; she was clear, concise, professional, and very respectful. We have purchased quite a few new cars and feel very confident in our understanding of the process; Karmen did not skip through any part of the sales procedure even though we already knew most of the details. Instead, she went through each step thoroughly and made sure we were ready before moving on to the next one. As I stated earlier, Karmen is an excellent salesperson. We would gladly choose her every time we purchase a car! For the finance portion of today's visit, we worked with Cody Thomas, whom we worked with about three years ago when he was a salesman. For both experiences, Cody was excellent. He was personable and made us feel extremely comfortable. He is definitely one of our favorites!
