We had a great experience with Corbin. We were trying to decide between a used Tuscon and a new one. Corbin was great, so this low review is not about him. We were glad our purchase helped with his commission. Our poor experience is related to the assistant manager and finance team who were disrespectful an were glad our purchase helped with his commission. Our poor experience is related to the assistant manager and finance team who were disrespectful and unprofessional during our purchase. We used the Shopper's Assurance tool through THEIR website that was encouraged by Hyundai. The internet manager called us the next day to ensure us the price quote on the site was indeed the correct "out the door" price. When we arrived, the price magically jumped higher. The assistant manager scoffed at our internet price sheet and claimed that was not the out the door price and would NEVER accept that low ball offer. We walked away. The GM contacted us, and my husband explained his dissatisfaction over the assistant manager's behavior that was presented to us. We walked him through how his dealership's website provided the out the door price we were quoted. We came to an agreed price (not the same one that was on the site but one close to it) and returned to complete the purchase. We got to the financing segment, and the finance rep again would not honor the APR interest rate we qualified for on the dealership's website. We walked him through how we came to that number, this time putting in our exact credit score they provided us, but they refused to budge, blaming Hyundai corporate for giving us the best rate that was 2 points higher than what the site was presenting. We decided based on our needs to purchase the vehicle after all. Yet, we were furious over the "bait and switch" tactic they kept pushing. I guess if a dealership prides itself on sending in a bully to get a deal done, they have one. I myself would never allow an employee to represent my business in a manner as they did. More

I bought a 2021 Santa Fe on 1/13/21. Our sales person, Morgan Catalan is the only thing that made the purchase process tolerable. I have never been into an automobile dealer where the owner and the sales manager were as deceptive and acted in such a way as to hide what they were doing. Besides being rude anytime I asked a question about financing arrangements, they never introduced themselves and made me and my wife feel unwelcome. Having been the Finance Director for a large city in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, I couldn't believe the disdain we were treated with. After offering to pay cash, I was told I could save some money by financing the purchase with Hyundai Motor Finance after which I could pay the loan off without penalty. The Sales Manager approached me, without introducing himself and asked if it was true that I planned to pay off the vehicle as soon as I received the bill. When I replied that was my intent, he turned around and went into his office with the owner. This must have upset them, because they changed the financing to another financial institution without consulting me. When I was asked to sign the loan, I asked how much interest would be due if I paid the loan off immediately; the Sales Manager got visibly upset and acted like I had insulted him, with the owner sitting right there. My wife left the place in the new car and after fifteen minutes or so I was called to come back and resign, for some unexplained reason, the papers. I would never recommend doing business with this place because of their bad business practices. Because the deal was so far a long and we didn't want to interfere with Morgan's commission, we had no choice but to complete the paper work and leave. Given a choice now, I would have bought the Santa Fe from someone else. More
