Their email states "We are proud to provide our valued customers with the exceptional experience that they deserve." Well, we didn't have an exceptional experience. We didn't really have an average experi customers with the exceptional experience that they deserve." Well, we didn't have an exceptional experience. We didn't really have an average experience compared to other dealerships we have dealt with. Now, Daniel (salesman) was great. We felt he was doing what he could for us but unfortunately it didn't seem like there was much he could do. We were offered a Styrofoam cup of water before we began (ding 1. Other dealerships far exceed making the customer feel "at home" in this regard). They would not move on the price of the car (ding 2) but came up a tad on the trade-in (ding 3). The sales manager said he could drop the payment 30 bucks (in my perception the original payment they told us was not what the payment was going to be anyhow, because that's what it was going to be with the warranty, IF we took it). It appears to me that they took it off the cost of the difference of the warranty they tried to sell us and the final payment without that warranty (dings 4 and 5). Then, when the deal was done (which I was already not to happy with) they hand us ONE key. No spare key. Then when I inquired if we could get a spare key, they would not go the extra mile and help to obtain another one (which is possible) from their sister business nearby. They could have shown some real customer service and in the end improved this review but alas they at best decided to wallow in mediocrity. OH! BTW! We drove off the lot with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. I have NEVER had a dealership NOT fill the tank after buying a car. I've had much better experiences with other dealerships and will likely not "deal" with this one again. Except for Daniel! He was the one shining spot in this whole dreary experience. More

Jacob was outstanding!...I really didn't think I was going to get the car I wanted which was an SUV and thats cool because he gave me more that I knew I qualified for! The Elantra 2021 is amazing!...Bea going to get the car I wanted which was an SUV and thats cool because he gave me more that I knew I qualified for! The Elantra 2021 is amazing!...Beautiful up to date roomy lots of features no miles amazing color and definitely a car I can get comfortable on the Interstate. His customer service is definitely a 5 star rating! Although Jacob said I can get an SUV next year it may be hard for me to pull away from this one! More
