Morgan was a pleasure to work with. We had found ourselves broken down in GA during our road trip home, and headed to the nearest Hyundai dealership. We had wanted to switch to a hybrid car and thought this may be a good opportunity to see what was available. Morgan was very gracious with us, giving us all the information necessary and walking us through the process when we were probably a little irritable and tired from our long journey, and the bad luck of our car breaking down on route. Morgan was able to listen to our requests and concerns and match us with a car that suited our lifestyle perfectly. She even was caring enough to make sure we had bottles of water as we were there for a while deciding what we should do. In the end we decided to purchase a car and it was probably largely in part due to the fact that Morgan and the whole team seemed to really empathize with our situation and worked hard to make sure we found the car we not only needed but were happy with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and especially recommend Morgan as she is a fantastic sales associate and seems to really care about the customer. More

First Ioniq sold at Pye (55357)(56832) This is our first experience with Pye. I feel we got a fair deal on the car considering it was the first Ioniq on the lot. Other Hyundai dealers were not willing to come down at all on the sticker price. Pye treated us fairly on our trade-in too. Overall, we are happy with the deal and we love the car. We have not yet needed service so the quality of service is yet to be determined. Based on on buying experience, we are hoping we will find the service dept a pleasant experience as well. More
