Get ready for a management team that doesn't care to honor deals that they agreed to. Their sales rep "Andrew" spent two days negotiating with me online. On day two, I gave him a my last out the door counter of X dollars. Mr. Andrew responds with "Let me talk with my manager and see what he's willing to do". Later I respond to him asking him "are we set" and Mr. Andrew responds with "Yes". All of this being in writing. I get ready to pickup, that's when Mr "Jacob" who says he is the sales manager says, sorry we can't sell it for that price. Mr. Jacob states that it will cost me and additional 15.6% to close the deal. I share with Mr. Jacob that the price was agreed to in writing and that it was agreed to as the out the door price and Mr. Jacob didn't care. I requested to speak with Mr. Jacob's boss and was passed onto Mr. "Troy" who said he was the manager of the manager. I was given the same careless attitude and effort. Then, to top it off, when I researched the VIN I found out that the advertised year on the motorcycle was a lie as well. On the add it said 2019, but based upon what I found out it's a 2018. But wait, it only gets worse. Then, I get a call from the GM, who informs me that the bike was actually sold two days ago. So, not only did I have one sale person, but two different sales managers selling a product that they didn't even own. Where does it end. My recommendation is to stay away from this place. More

(It also slips out of gear in reverse, has 2 door locks that don't work, and suddenly a turn signal broken) Brought it back within 3 weeks to get them to fix it or get something else. They offered me 4000 trade in on a vehicle I just gave them 11000 for! They said if they fixed it it would be at my expense. They smugly told me their great mechanics had passed the car for sale. I would not have bragged about that! They literally sold me a car at a high price that was not fit to be sold and had no embarrassment to suggest me having their lemon for less than a month would cost me 7000 dollars. I was willing to buy a more expensive vehicle if they had made this right. More
Bait! Switch! Lied! What A Joke! We called Mtn. View, after shopping the internet, with offers in hand. Asked the cash prince of a specific Jeep, New, 2018, out the door tax and all. We called Mtn. View, after shopping the internet, with offers in hand. Asked the cash prince of a specific Jeep, New, 2018, out the door tax and all. We told them our lowest quote. Mtn. View responded at $25 less and we said we would come, test drive & buy cash because they were local (BAIT). When we arrived, the car was not there, in a parade in Ringgold, they knew! Showed us a different car, they said was the same price. Really? We never saw the original. (SWITCH). Then tried to redirect to us to pre-owned more expensive cars, we said no. We went in to pay cash and waited. When they finally brought out the price it was more than $2,500 more out the door tax and all then they originally told us (LIED). They also pushed real hard for us to finance and then pay it off in a month with finance charges to us, but they make more. They did not want us to pay cash. Mtn. View said our other quotes were not true, they were lying to us. They wanted the other Dealers phone numbers so they could call them. They did come down more but no way near the original offer. Mtn. View was the one to worry about. They were the ones who baited, switched, and lied. We did buy from one of those out of town dealers at almost $1000 cheaper than Mtn View's lowest offer. One of those online quotes Mtn. View said was a lie. We also got numerous more high end options and 3 free oil changes anywhere that Mtn. View's car did not have. We will be happy to let Mtn. View change the oil since according them they are all about the local customers and saving them money. More
