Simple oil change took a hour and a half even with an appointment. The techs were on their phones instead of working which is probably why they left the engine cover off my Jeep and the interval sticker appointment. The techs were on their phones instead of working which is probably why they left the engine cover off my Jeep and the interval sticker off the windshield. This place doesn’t care about customer service and has a too big to fail attitude. Very lazy except when trying to up sell you on overpriced services. They called shortly after I left the dealership which I assume was to tell me they left parts off my car, but when I didn’t answer ( because I was driving ) they were too lazy to leave a voice mail so it wasn’t until I got home and was checking their work that I noticed the cover was missing. I won’t go back to any of their lots and I will try to persuade as many people as I can to do the same. More

We came in, spoke with Edward and told him we were looking for a Jeep we saw advertised but didn’t see it . He new exactly which one it was and they were just getting it ready to be detailed. ( it had not been detailed, which was actually nice to see, because we could see how previous owners took care of it). We took it for a test drive and loved it. While we were out test driving the dealership was getting our trade in value. They got us what we wanted and the payment we wanted, It was the easiest and fasted car purchase we have ever done and everyone was friendly from the General Manager Lebron to the person that actually greeted us at the door and got us to Edward. Awesome experience, Sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name. We will trade there again and highly recommend them. More
