I was there to have my Tahoe serviced and decided to look at the Traverse while I was waiting. I have had some not so great experiences with dealerships in the past, this was by far the easiest, quickest, and friendlist. My salesman Scott Hartman was outstanding. I used him through the web site and messaged back and forth. This was great because of my work schedule and getting time away from work is not easy. He had everything prepared and ready to go so all I had to do was come in test drive the vechile and sign some papers and I was out the door in my new car. I have already been referring clients to him and your dealership. It is hard to find a hardworking honest salesman. I am not saying they are all bad, just that Scott Hartman worked hard for me the customer. Being a single mom of two children and needing something affordable and reliable I had trust in Scott Hartman to help me get something that would provide me with those two things.Your company should recoginize him being a definate asset. He also has the personality to deal with the public. He should be commended for his work. As of the service department I have not had to use them yet. Overall experience was excellent.
