Cindy, We are sorry to hear that your tires are worn out and you are unhappy with your purchase. We appreciate your business and we want to make things right for you, but you were never lied to or told that we would put new tires on your vehicle. If we promise anything to a customer during the buying process we document it in writing and nothing was documented in writing when you purchased your vehicle which means you were aware that nothing was promised or owed to you at the time of purchase. As you may recall, you purchased a road hazard tire and wheel package from us when you bought your vehicle. This package provides coverage for any damage to your tires or wheels caused by road hazards such as glass, metal, potholes, debris, nails, blowouts, etc. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear of your tires due to driving conditions, alignment issues, improper inflation, or other factors that are not related to road hazards. According to our records, you have not filed any claims for road hazard damage since you bought the package. This means that your tires have been worn out by normal use and not by road hazards. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you with free tires under the terms of your package. We understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but we hope you can appreciate our position and our commitment to honor our contract with you. I was told by Lou and John y’all would replace the tires because they were so worn when I bought the vehicle so yes I was lied to he had no intention of doing right by his word that is why he didn’t put it in writing lied to make a sell y’all are sickening I wish I had read all the other horrible reviews on you all before I came in there
