The experience was very pleasant and made me feel that I was being well taken care. On a side note, the Mtn View Ford car rental had done an excellant job three or four years prior of keeping me satisfyed in renting car for my employment travel. That rental office was taken over by Enterprise. That prior good experience set the tone for visit to Mtn View Chevy. More
